Bursary Programs
Students from low-income households are able to apply for a bursary to supplement the cost of music lessons. We have two bursary programs, the EVCMS Bursary for instrumentalists and the Nicky Stowell Bursary for singing students. Click here for more information and click here for the application form.
Recitals & Events
Each year we provide our students with multiple opportunities to perform in our community. We host student recitals, seniors home concerts, and festivals celebrating Canadian and historically excluded composers.

Shop at Tapestry Music online or in person and 5% of your purchase will be donated to the East Vancouver Community Music School. Donations will go towards our community programs and our bursary fund.
Contact us to make a direct donation to the school, we will gratefully accept an E-transfer, cheque, or paypal donation towards our Bursary program or supporting our community events.
